What’s your deposit and payment policy?
We can be flexible on deposits. We do require a portion of your bill upfront to pay for materials. The remaining portion of the bill is due upon completion of the project.
Do you hang the sheetrock, paint, or offer any other services?
It depends. We specialize in drywall finishing, but there are circumstances when we might hang the wall boards or prime/paint (remodels or repairs, for example), although these are usually the exception, not the rule. Feel free to ask if you have a special request. We may be able to accommodate.
What is your service area?
We have recently relocated to St. Cloud MN. We typically serve central Minnesota. We are able and willing to travel further, but please be aware that we do add a premium to make up for the travel cost for long distances.
